A private bedroom is a bedroom within an apartment unit that typically comes with a full-sized bed and sleeps one person. Bathrooms may be shared or also private depending on your preference. The communal areas, such as the kitchen and living room, are shared.

Depending on the community, private apartments are either studio or one-bedroom floor plans. The private apartment provides the opportunity to have your own private space.
